Orders are processed promptly, but once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered items. Shipping carriers handle the delivery. Claims for lost or missing packages must be directed to the carrier.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos. We will review your claim and work with you to address any issues.
